Rules

• No smoking: Please do not smoke inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
• No pets: Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
• Considerate behavior: Please be aware that you are in a residential area. Avoid excessive noise, especially at night, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
• Safety and protection of the accommodation: Please close all doors and windows when leaving the house. Ensure that the front door is always locked when no one is home to ensure security.
• Visitors: Guests are welcome, but please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests. Overnight guests are only allowed with prior approval.
• Respectful use of the facilities: Please treat our house and furniture with respect and leave them in the condition you found them.
• Waste separation: Please separate your waste according to local regulations. Waste bins and instructions for waste separation can be found in the kitchen or outside the house.
• Check-out instructions: Please observe the check-out time and leave the accommodation tidy. Dispose of your rubbish, wash the dishes, and turn off all lights and appliances before you leave.
• No parties or events: Out of consideration for our neighbors and the tranquility of the area, parties or loud events are not allowed in our accommodation.
• Emergency contact: Emergency numbers and host contact details can be found in the guest folder or in a prominently visible place in the house.
